Max Speed & Sprinting
Mechanics, acceleration, and top-end speed work — because the fastest player on the field gets more touches and more trophies.
Agility & Change of Direction
Reactive cutting, deceleration, and multi-directional movement that translates to breaking down defenders and closing space.
ACL & Knee Protection
Eccentric hamstring (Nordics), landing mechanics, and hip strength. The non-negotiable program for any female or high-volume soccer athlete.
Posterior-Chain Strength
Hamstrings, glutes, and trunk built to absorb 90-minute demands without late-game breakdown or soft-tissue injury.
Repeated Sprint Ability
The single biggest predictor of 2nd-half performance. Programmed conditioning that builds your capacity to sprint, recover, sprint again.
