Combines, camps, and showcases are where recruiting happens. You get one set of numbers — a 40 time, a vertical, an exit velo, a 60 — and those numbers follow you for years. The difference between a 4.78 and a 4.58 in the 40 is the difference between a preferred walk-on and a D1 offer.

Combine prep isn't the same as general training. It's a different skill — mastering the exact movement patterns of each test, executing on game day, and training the specific energy systems each event demands. Most athletes leave seconds on the clock and inches on the vertical because no one ever coached them on the test itself.

40-Yard Dash

Start position, drive phase, transition, top speed — the full 40 broken down mechanically and coached drill by drill. Laser-timed every session.

Vertical & Broad Jump

Countermovement depth, arm swing, penultimate step, and takeoff angle. Measurable gains in 8–12 weeks.

Pro Shuttle & L-Drill

Line-touch mechanics, deceleration, and change-of-direction specific to the 20-yard shuttle and 3-cone L-drill. Coached in full.

Baseball 60 & Exit Velo

The 60-yard dash technique, exit velo development, and pop time for catchers. Specific prep for baseball showcases and pre-draft.

Strength & Power

The underlying engine. Trap bar, squat, hip thrust, and med-ball power work programmed to directly drive test performance.

Camp Execution Coaching
